MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND RENEWAL PROCESS
Applying for membership is fairly easy! Just do the following steps to process membership application and/or membership renewal:

2. PAY
If you are a new applicant or a renewing member, you may settle the membership fee through the following options:

3. EMAIL
Once paid, please email copies of the following listed below at [email protected]. Please make sure to submit the following as these will complete your membership. If with CSAPI membership, email the same copies at [email protected] as well.
- Bank deposit slip or bank transaction confirmation for payment verification of annual membership fee.
- Valid ID bearing complete name, clear photo, and signature for issuance of APRACSI electronic-ID (e-ID).
4. MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE AND ID CARD
Once the above are submitted and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you to acknowledge completion of your membership. This confirmation will include the issuance of e-ID. Should you wish for a certificate of membership and/or copy of official receipt (OR), please include it in your email indicating the purpose as we only issue it upon request.
Kindly also allow at least three to five (3-5) working days to process your membership application.
