Over 300 curricularists, researchers and educators from some countries gathered during the 1 st Asia Pacific Conference on Curriculum Studies and Instructional Designing (APCCSID) held at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Center, Quezon City last September 25-27, 2017.

The said conference was attended by 20 international speakers from countries like USA, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand, and educators from all levels of education all over the Philippines as well as abroad.

Aside from the plenary speeches, there were also special sessions on citizenship education and military education. Another highlight of the conference was the presentation of well screened papers in curriculum studies during the parallel sessions.

This year the theme focused on “Shaping the Future of Curriculum Studies: Policies, Perspectives and Challenges.”
